Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Rochester, NY. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
- CNC Machinist will support the manufacturing of injection molds.
- To work efficiently by multitasking and planning unattended machine time to maintain cost efficiency and meet tight deadline requirements to meet customer expectations.
- Program vertical milling machines using Mastercam software.
- Use Solid Works and communicate with other departments to meet specific needs.
- Running Haas mills and Makino high-speed mills.
- Working with job leaders to manufacture details on various projects.
- Inspection and documentation of critical machined areas.
- Keep the work area clean and organized via a 5-S mentality.
- Holding tight tolerances when finishing details.
- Multitask and plan for unattended machine time.

Pay: $25-$35 / hr. + $4 Shift diff
Hours: 40 hrs/Week

Job RequirementsRequired Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in CNC and Injection Mold building.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience with Makino and Haas CNC's.
- Ability to work independently or on a team is needed.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are needed.
