Interacts with auditors, customers, suppliers and internal departments to assist in resolving daily issues which includes setting steps to prevent re-occurrenceEnter, maintain, track and gather data for objective evidence for NCR's to resolve and/or assist with responses to customer request, NCR's, reportsEnter, maintain, track and gather data for objective evidence for Company Improvement to resolve and/or assist with responses to customer request, NCR's, reportsEnter, maintain, track and gather data for objective evidence for Training to resolve and/or assist with responses to customer request, NCR's, reportsMonitor the creating and maintaining of Controlled Technique Sheets & Frozen PlanningCreating and maintaining documentsFiling and/or Data Entry to assist Lab, Calibration, Controlled Certification of Materials, Customer Interaction, Customer SurveysMonitor Customer Approvals databaseBack-up functions provided by Calibration, Controlled Purchasing and Quality ManagerPerform Spec review / Gap Analysis, create and maintain procedures, forms and systems applicable to the processTrain and Assist InspectorsAudit PreparationTrain to new work instructions, procedures, systemsReview of non-compliance parts and issues and perform root cause corrective action processRequires a multitasked individual capable of ascertaining root cause through investigation.
