A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MACHINE TECHNICIAN I / PRODUCTION MACHINE OPERATORAs a Machine Technician I / Production Machine Operator, you play a valuable role on the frontline of producing and packaging our famous products. You become an expert on at least one type of key production machinery, performing basic preventative maintenance and troubleshooting when needed. When needed, you perform changeovers from running one product to another along with the required washes. You also take pride in maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment while following all regulations and policies. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MACHINE TECHNICIAN I / PRODUCTION MACHINE OPERATORMechanically inclined with the ability to be fully trained in the operation of one production machinesAbility to be on your feet for the majority of a shiftAbility to pass a background check and pre-employment drug testA high school diploma or equivalent is strongly preferred but multiple factors will be taken into consideration.
