3rd Shift Maintenance TechnicianLocation: West OhioCompensation: $60,000 annually (includes shift differential and attendance bonuses)

This company has recently upgraded its production facility, runs two production shifts, and performs sanitation on the 3rd shift. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment during the 3rd shift.
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery such as ovens, boilers, conveyor belts, and more.
• Work with systems including pneumatic, hydraulic, and ammonia refrigeration.
• Ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently to support production goals.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (food industry experience a plus).
• Familiarity with ovens, boilers, ammonia refrigeration, conveyor belts, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
• A stable work history (no job hoppers, please).
