What You'll Be Responsible For:
* Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to determine root causes and implement effective solutions.
* Perform repairs and adjustments to maintain optimal functionality.
* Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
* Collaborate with other team members to improve maintenance processes and reduce potential issues.
* Document maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
What You'll Need:
* Experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role, preferably on the night shift.
* Strong technical skills and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing systems.
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams.
* Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
* Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance.
