Job Description SummaryJob DescriptionEssential Responsibilities:As the Mechanical Engineering Technician, you will:Help develop shop tooling and procedures.Work with engineering team to improve overall shop process.Give hourly EE s technical guidance.Perform set ups, calibrations, and troubleshooting of automated machinery.Measure and record critical quality data of manufactured products.Qualification:Associates Degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university and 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment OR High School Diploma / GED plus a minimum of 3 years working in a manufacturing environmentWork on 3rd shift from 11p-7aDesired Characteristics:Project Management Skills - ability to handle multiple complex situations dailyStrong organization skills and attention to detailStrong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, initiative, and creativityStrong interpersonal, communication, influencing, & organizational integration skillsBachelor s Degree preferably in Engineering or BusinessGreen Belt or Black Belt Certification or equivalent Quality certificationMinimum of 2 years of industry experienceThe pay for this position is 1,035.34 - 1,250.88 - 1,466.42 USD Weekly .
