Have you ever dreamed of making magic at the Walt Disney World Resort? We are looking for 3rd Shift - Resort Bell Services Cast Members. In this role, you would create magic for our Guests staying at the Walt Disney World Resort! As a Disney Resort Bellperson you will provide timely and personalized service to Guests. The Disney Resort Bellperson will welcome and assist Guests with their luggage throughout their Resort stay. The Disney Resort Bellperson will also transport Walt Disney World Guests throughout property driving passenger vans, cars or pargos.This posting is for Resort Bell Services (Tipped) 3rd Shift. 3rd shift positions can be scheduled to start at 10:00 p.m. or later and must be available until 9:30 a.m.The pay rate for this role in Florida is $8.98 per hour.Scheduled third-shift (Graveyard) Tipped Bell Services employees will be paid the appropriate Hospitality CM rate between the hours of 10:30 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. In addition, any employee covering a third shift line due to call sick, etc., will be paid the appropriate Hospitality CM rate between the hours of 10:30 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. This does not apply to employees whose shifts overlap into this time period for any reason. The time paid at this rate should not exceed a total of eight hours during this defined period based on the timing of the employee's thirty (30) minute unpaid lunch.Select benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, such as medical, financial, and/or other benefits. To learn more about our benefits visit: Basic Qualifications :Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this roleValid Driver's LicenseMaintain safety of our Guests while operating vehicles, including with passengerKnowledge of routes & roadways to destinations within the Walt Disney World Resort®, including Theme Parks, Water Parks, Resorts, and Disney SpringsVerbal and interpersonal communications skillsOperate and communicate using a radioGood judgment and decision-making skillsPart Time roles require full availability for any shift, a MINIMUM of three (3) days per week, including nights and holidaysFull Time roles require Full availability for any shift, seven (7) days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays is preferredAdditional Information :SCHEDULE AVAILABILTYOur Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am.
