Ensures work is completed in a safe manner and within the quality parameters established. This position requires problem solving responsibilities. Knowledge and experience in Meat Industry is preferred, but not required Competent and trustworthy to comply with federal inspection programs and company safety and health policies Maintain regular and predictable attendance Be available to work scheduled hours, which may include mandatory overtime, depending upon production demands Be able to stand extreme temperatures change from hot to cold Be able push and pull continuously heavy loads of product, may weight up to 1500lbs, assisted by a rail system Be able to pay close attention to detail Ability to understand and follow oral and written instruction from supervisors and designated staff.
