Job Description:The eDiscovery Specialist is responsible for assisting attorneys and client teams by providing technical support throughout the litigation life cycle. This position acts as a technical liaison between attorneys and clients on electronic discovery matters. This position requires an understanding of legal practices, the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), and Nixon Peabody's business direction. A hybrid work schedule is available for this position.

In accordance with applicable Federal and State laws, the anticipated annual salary range for this position, depending on location, is as follows: Albany, NY: $76,600 to $109,563; Rochester, NY; Manchester, NH: $72,953 to $104,346; Boston, MA; Los Angeles, CA; Washington, DC: $85,400 to $123,879; Chicago, IL: $83,896 to $119,997; Long Island, NY; New York City, New York, San Francisco, CA: $91,191 to $130,432; Providence, RI: $80,248 to $114,780.
In addition to a standard benefits package, this role may be eligible for additional contingent compensation based on an array of factors, including but not limited to: work performance, geographic location, work experience, education, and qualifications.
