Our client is seeking a dedicated Director of Women's Services to lead and oversee the operations of their Women's Services department. This role requires an experienced and resourceful leader to develop departmental goals, manage resources, and foster an environment that supports professional growth while ensuring quality patient care.Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement departmental goals, plans, and standards aligned with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
- Direct and evaluate departmental operations, including patient care delivery, technology integration, service level determination, and complaint resolution.
- Oversee staffing activities such as hiring, training, evaluations, disciplinary actions, and ongoing education initiatives.
- Prepare, monitor, and manage departmental budgets to ensure adherence to allocated funding.
- Coordinate and oversee internal and external audits.
- Foster a professional environment encouraging growth and the integration of evidence-based practices into clinical protocols.
- Serve as a resource for staff on obstetrical and neonatal concerns.
Must Haves:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required).
- Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Kentucky.
- AWHON Certification (Required).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) certification.
- Strong critical thinking, judgment, and the ability to perform under minimal supervision in high-stress environments.

- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred).
Location: Mayfield, KYSalary: $75,000 - $90,000
