No Interviews Required- Starting 10/29 Tuesday

Hours: 9am-5pm Mon- Friday

Position Title: Outbound Research Assistant

Responsibilities.

  • Interviewing potential respondents over the phone to gather data from respondents.
  • 20-25 outbound calls per hour using a list of provided phone numbers
  • Interact with business professionals around the U.S., screening and qualifying them for our research needs while using a script provided. (NO SALES)
  • Providing background information to research participants and obtaining their willingness to participate
  • Able to communicate clearly and professionally to a variety of diverse audiences.
  • Professional phone presence with a positive demeanor

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • 1+ years of previous customer service, or call center experience inbound or outbound.
  • Able to work independently and follow instructions along with good attendance.
  • Organized, Team player and Microsoft Office Knowledge
  • Ability to work on a computer and navigate through multiple software.
  • Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers
  • This position requires excellent attendance and reliability.
