A thriving boutique business and real estate law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with at least 5 years of California civil litigation experience to join its team, as this is a new role due to growth! The firm has a supportive, collaborative environment and offers a path to partnership. The firm is very flexible, and this Litigation Attorney will work 100% remotely! The Litigation Attorney will get to second-chair trials and grow into first-chairing trials.

This Litigation Attorney will have an associate and paralegal and will be responsible for the following:

• Client Interaction
• Discovery
• Drafting law and motion
• Reviewing the associate's work
• Court appearances
• Depositions
• Trial preparation and attending trials
• Billables 145/month

This attorney must be licensed in CA and have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
