Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with FDA, state, and USP standards
- Oversee quality assurance, including sterility testing and environmental monitoring
- Manage inventory, resolve quality issues, and maintain rigorous documentation
- Lead training initiatives and support a culture of continuous improvement
Ideal Candidate:
- Pharm.D. with 5+ years in sterile compounding
- Proven leadership and compliance expertise
- Active pharmacist license in relevant states
