The Superintendent is available for on call 24 hours a day/7 days a week.QualificationsResponsibilities:Education Required Must complete in-house orientation program High School Diploma or Equivalent required.Experience And Skills Speaks, reads and writes English Minimum 5 years related experience in construction and experience in building maintenance and operations.License/Certifications Current NYS Driver's License and any related licenses and certificates.Working ConditionsOther information:Working Conditions Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) worn The position involves frequent strain due to strenuous work positions; inspection may include indoor and outdoor work in inclement weather and stair and ladder climbing.
