This open position is in a highly behavioral residential home setting. We are seeking candidates with experience working with behavioral individuals. Schedule: Sunday 8 a-4 p, Monday 2 p-10 p, Friday & Saturday 2 p-10 p. Part Time: 32 Hours. Salary: $17.50 - 19.00 (Paid Training!)Location: Webster, MA - Sign On Bonus: $1000 for Full Time and $500 for Part Time employees. The Direct Support Professional (DSP) is responsible for advocating and supporting adults 22 and over with intellectual and developmental disabilities by empowering them to be as active in their lives as they can. Their support needs include, but are not limited to, household maintenance, meal prep, shopping, bathing, toileting, dressing, teeth brushing, etcso that they may always look and feel their best.
