ResponsibilitiesNew Graduates (Level 1) are eligible for the med/surg Residency Program. The residency program is designed to assist the novice graduate nurse to successfully transition to a competent professional nurse. Nurse must have less than one year prior experience in acute care and plan for a two year commitment upon program completion.Enjoy the opportunity to provide holistic care to the liver and kidney transplant population as well as general surgical patients. Challenging environment encourages strong organizational and time management skills. Must demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills.
