Want to join a team where you can demonstrate your leadership and help drive new growth? Job Summary: Responsible for the day-to-day functions in the Warehouse, tracking and ordering supplies. Reports to the Team Lead. Duties and Responsibilities: Duties include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for Shipping / Receiving of IsoNova products and ingredients. Assures product and ingredients are shipped and used on a first in - first out basis.
- Must create and maintain inventories on a computer as necessary.
- Assures all warehouse operations are maintained with Standard Operating Procedures, budget, State and Federal laws.
- Insured products shipped and received are maintained and handled to create appropriate accessibility to comply with FDA Bioterrorism rules.
- Maintains warehouse in a clean, sanitary condition.
- Maintains supply inventories and places orders as necessary to replenish supplies of: paper bags, bulk bags, slip sheets, pallets, stretch wrap, Ink Jet ink, Plant Services cleaning supplies, cleaning chemicals, Dryer filter bags and Plant break room supplies.
- Strictly follows all safety procedures and wears the required personal protective equipment.
- Management retains the discretion to modify or change these duties at any time.
Minimum Required Qualifications: - Ability to read and understand all shipping manifests, documents and create Bills of Lading.
- Requires initiative.
- Must have a full understanding of HACCP, SMP, and SOP programs.
- Must work well with people.
- Must be able to perform heavy lifting.
- Must be able to operate a forklift and pallet jack.
- Must have the ability to think and draw natural conclusions.
- Must have the ability to make correct decisions at the appropriate time.
- Must have a positive attitude.
- Conducts self in a professional courteous manner.
- Must have the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a Team.
- Must be willing to work nights and weekends.
- Must be able to meet IsoNova driving requirements.
- Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 70 lbs.
