We show compassion, celebrate differences and treat one another with respect.Responsibilities* Receives requests for ambulance service within established time requirements.* Working knowledge of all communications/computer equipment.* Ability to communicate effectively with citizens, medical professionals, public officials and political leaders.* Processes calls for service per medical protocols within established Q.I. standards.* Other duties as assigned.QualificationsJob Requirements:* High school diploma or equivalent* Type 30 words per minute with 90% accuracyPreferred:* Knowledge of MPDS EMD protocols* Skills to apply EMD protocols over the telephone
