This person will be traveling managing a multi-state territory, traveling only within their major metro area and handling everything else remotely along side their direct report. This is a true hunter role with a well-researched account list, no micro-managing, and uncapped commission program!What You'll Do
- Secure commercial specifications of company products
- Build and maintain relationships with decision makers and key influencers
- Schedule regular product knowledge seminars with architectural and design firms
- Provide clients with budget/pricing, product changes, and order status
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience as a sales manager
- Experience in the kitchen and bath space
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Ability to travel
