Job Title: Accounts Receivable ClerkJob Description
This Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for all functions related to accounts receivable and invoicing. They will handle daily processing and billing of customer invoices related to daily product builds. They will prepare transportation package paperwork to forward to dealers and drivers for shipping, and receive and process customer payments while generating a daily cash receipts report for distribution.

Essential Skills
+ Billing/invoicing
+ Data entry
+ Able to navigate within spreadsheets in Excel and create simple formulas
+ Proficient with a large scale ERP such as SAP, SAGE, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, PeopleSoft, Workday, Peachtree, or Infor
+ 2+ years of billing/invoicing experience
+ 2+ years of data entry experience

This position is onsite. The company has a strong, close-knit culture where everyone is willing to help out. The company frequently does catering and has out-of-office events to bring people closer together.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $47840.00/hr.
