Job Title: Accounts Receivable/ Collections Specialist (Entry Level)Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage select accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments. The role involves making over 50 calls per day, resolving account issues, sending follow-up collection emails, and assisting with other accounts receivable tasks as needed. This position offers a great opportunity for growth and career advancement within a rapidly growing company.Responsibilities
  • Collect outstanding payments from select accounts by making upwards of 50+ calls per day.
  • Research and resolve issues for account reconciliation.
  • Send follow-up collections emails to outstanding accounts and point of contact at customers.
  • Assist with other accounts receivable related tasks such as applying cash to correct accounts once payment is received.
  • Work closely with Sales Account Representatives to handle ad hoc responsibilities and resolutions related to specific accounts.
  • Manipulate data using Excel.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude and good communication skills.
Work EnvironmentThis role is initially 100% on-site with hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. This position is moving extremely fast as this is an urgent need for the client.
