  • Trains employees on proper and safe use of all equipment and chemicals. Ensures a safety moment and safety training is completed on a daily and/or weekly basis.
  • Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment including aligning with OSHA, state/local, federal, and Aramark regulations. Responds to safety concerns and escalates as needed.
  • Respond to communication on a frequent basis and in a timely manner. Communication may come from Aramark email, client email, or phone calls.
  • Supports Employee Relations activities. Disciplinary documentation and investigations must be completed in a timely manner and in alignment with the respective employee. Coaches, presents, and maintains confidentiality of disciplinary notices and investigations with the support of the next level manager and human resources.
  • Manages a team of employees and is accountable for operational and financial outcomes.
  • Maintains compliance with Aramark and Client standards, scope of work, Business Conduct Policy, and all federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Engages work team through regular communication, recognition, and rewards.QualificationsCOMPENSATION: The salary for this position is $70,000 to $70,000. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if applicable to the position). This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.If hired, employee will be in an at-will position and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.For LA County Applicants: Qualified Applicants with arrest or Conviction records will be considered for Employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act.
    • To be considered eligible, applicants must graduate between December - August of the current school year for the rising A2L Program class.
    • This program will start in July. All degree requirements must be completed prior to the start date of the program (including any final internship requirements).
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by Aramark for this position now or in the future.
    • PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
    • A degree or background in hospitality, customer service, food service, facilities, operations, or sales.
    • Relevant coursework or work experience.
    • Strong leadership, project management, and execution skills.
    • Great verbal, written, and professional communication skills with teammates, customers, clients, and leadership.
