Our team focuses on assigning cases as locally as possible (usually within 30 minutes) to your home address or regular school/other work location. Job Type: Part-time, flexible scheduling with consistent hours. Monday-Friday (mostly afternoons). Saturday half-days are optional. Most clients are seen during after-school hours (between 2:30-8 pm) on weekdays and Saturdays (if available).Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per with increases in first 3-6 months based on ABA experience and completion of the RBT certificate.Flexible scheduling arises from case matching. During 1:1 case matching, we assign therapists to a particular client based on the client's needs, the therapist's experience, and mutual availability (both for location & timing). Responsibilities: The ABA Tech will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and will be directly responsible for:
- Data collection
- Implementing individualized behavior support plans
- Implementing skill acquisition programs
- Working with families for effective collaboration on client
- Submitting all required paperwork in a timely manner
- Attending monthly case review meetings with their direct supervisor
Required education:
- High school or equivalent
Required license or certification:
