Triumph ABA is currently seeking a dedicated ABA Technician to join our team and provide exceptional ABA services under the guidance of a Behavioral Supervisor (BCBA).*Responsibilities:*· Follow a flexible schedule of *Monday-Friday from 4:00pm for about 2- 2 1/2 hours each day, weekends anytime. *· Deliver one-on-one in-home-based ABA therapy to children with autism.· Collect accurate data during sessions to monitor progress and implement necessary adjustments.· Implement behavioral plans developed by the BCBA/LBA.· Assist the BCBA in training families on the implementation of individualized treatment plans.· Respond promptly to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.· Maintain clear and effective communication with families, supervisors, and other relevant parties.*Qualifications:*· Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.· Ability to work flexible schedules, including full-time or part-time options.· Minimum of 1 year of prior experience working with children or in a related field.· Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA confidentiality laws.· Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\*\* If you are enthusiastic about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and are dedicated to providing quality ABA services, we would love to hear from you.Please note that this position is part-time and on a contract basis, allowing for flexible scheduling to accommodate both personal and professional commitments.We look forward to reviewing your application and potentially welcoming you to our team at Triumph ABA!Job Types: Part-time, ContractPay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hourSchedule:* After school* Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):* Are you currently working under the guidance of a BCBA?
