ABA Child Interventionist/Behavior Technician
Description:
At Butterfly Effects our Behavior Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians work with children on the autism spectrum, providing ABA services both one on one and in groups in homes, schools, community, and even clinics.
Applied Behavior Analysis is used in sessions to aid in client progress by encouraging positive behavior changes that will help them become more successful and independent now and in the future.
Technicians work directly with clients building rapport, and assisting with daily activities, implementing behavior reduction and skill acquisitions based on that clients' specific needs. These activities will allow the client to develop skills like communication, sharing, self-care and more.
Hours:
This is a Part-Time permanent opportunity to make a lasting impact on a child and their family's lives. (10-20 hours/week)

Candidates extended an offer to join the team will then complete the pre-hiring process with our HR team to complete necessary paperwork, documents and so on before beginning their 40-hour RBT training course through our training department (unless previously completed).
