What you will do:
  • Communicate frequently with clients to develop relationships, identify needs and to provide updated information on how NeurAbilities may assist them.
  • Assuring appropriate scheduling for clinical staff for a patient's needs.
  • Focus on developing repeat business from the existing client base with direction from the clinical leadership.
  • Works collaboratively with all departments in NeurAbilities to develop goals and strategies to increase business and assure appropriate operations.
  • Assists in the placement of staff, assuring the quality and training requirements along with credentialing of staff for patient needs.
  • Aids in the implementation of policies and procedures which help to ensure client satisfaction, compliance, and new referrals.
What you will bring to the team:
  • A college degree or a minimum of four years of experience in a customer service position.
  • Experience with high volume home health care staffing or experience with high volume scheduling.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Database management experience.
  • Calm, polite and professional demeanor.
  • Reliable and self-motivated.
  • High service orientation and attention to detail.
  • High problem-solving skills within the scope of customer service and clinical service.
  • This position requires coordination of scheduling appointments. Effective communication with clients, families and clinical professionals is needed.
Working Conditions and Physical Demands:
  • This job requires some walking, standing, and sitting. Good vision and attention to detail, clear articulation of instructions and good listening skills are required.
