This role covers scheduling, staffing, employee engagement, social media, facility management, and resource allocation. The OM collaborates with the Center Director and clinical team to ensure top-quality service while meeting compliance standards and fostering a positive work environment.Settings:This is an onsite role in our Southern Pines location: 9:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday.Salary: $50,000-$65,000+ Depending On Experience. Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Lead daily operations, implement policies, and enhance productivity.Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage staff, fostering teamwork and growth.Client Intake & Enrollment: Oversee intake, assessments, and scheduling, ensuring clear communication with families.Facility Management: Ensure the center is safe and well-maintained.Financial Management: Manage the budget, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.Quality Assurance: Maintain compliance and monitor program effectiveness.Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main contact for clients, families, staff, and external parties.Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure regulatory compliance and manage risks.Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and lead efficiency initiatives.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's (or Master's) in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 2+ years of operations management experience (preferably in healthcare or behavioral health).
- Knowledge of ABA principles preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
