Utilizing a multidisciplinary approach, we provide effective personalized multi-lingual intervention that improves the lives of the individuals and families we serve.To find out more about our clinic, visit us at www.Ensembletherapyservices.comPosition Title: Operations Manager- ABA DepartmentJob Summary: The Operations Manager of the ABA department, in partnership with the Director of ABA Programs, will oversee the daily administrative operations of the department. The responsibilities of the Operations Manager include but are not limited to scheduling, authorization management, utilization management, referral process management, and partnering with various departments to ensure the ABA department is running effectively and providing quality services.Job Duties:
  • Manage all processes and reporting for the ABA program as a consolidated unit and within each of our ABA service lines (in-home, telehealth, clinic-based, early intervention)
  • Manage the schedules and cancellations of clinicians and clients
  • Ensure that the department meets its overall business goals regarding utilization (for direct services, indirect services, evaluations, and supervision)
  • Assist in forecasting and budgeting for the department
  • Be the main point of contact for clients and resolve any scheduling/insurance issues as they arise
  • Ensure the fulfillment of contracted hours and billing requirements
  • Monitor authorizations and ensure that reauthorizations are being completed on time
  • Manage incoming and existing referrals to determine hiring needs and ensure efficient onboarding of new clients
  • Partner with the Director of ABA Programs to ensure staff and client satisfaction and retention
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance across all staff members, including ensuring all staff members are trained in HIPAA compliance
  • Responsible for reporting on KPIs within the ABA department

  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff and clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be highly flexible and have excellent time management skills
  • Be highly collaborative, team-oriented and customer service driven.
Licensing/Credential and/or Education Requirements:
  • Degree from an accredited university
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit frequently or for prolonged periods of time.
  • Lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling up to 25 pounds.
  • Stooping/crouching, reaching/handling/fingering, talking/hearing conversations, and near/far visual acuity/depth perception/color vision/field of vision.
  • Ability to run for brief periods of time to maintain client safety
Compensation: $70,000-80,000Improving lives. Helping Others. Giving Hope.
