Greystone Programs is seeking an ABA Specialist to mentor direct support professionals on all shifts in the use of ABA techniques, assess communication and language skills using verbal behavior protocols, train staff on use of evidence-based practices, including positive reinforcement, schedules of reinforcement, token economies, functional communication, task analysis, data collection, and functions of behavior, implement ABA TEACHING programs, collect and graph data for analysis and decision-making. The ABA Specialist will work as part of the minimum direct care coverage for part of their week and will be required to provide continuous coverage 2 days/week if necessary. Qualifications: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or demonstrated proficient knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques, High School Diploma/equivalent, experience working with individuals with autism and proficient skills in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.Benefit Package includes:
