Interested candidates are encouraged to consider this opportunity to become part of a dynamic team that helps make a difference in the lives of children with autism.Job Summary: Unlocking The Spectrum is currently seeking talented ABA Therapists with RBT status to implement programs for children with autism using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Candidates should be interested in working within a center, home and/or community-based model. Primary duties will include implementing behavioral programs addressing both behaviors to increase and decrease, including assisting child with daily self-help skills. - Bachelor's Degree in ABA or related field is preferred, but not required
- Experience working with children with autism is preferred, but not required
- Positive team player and energetic professional
- Strong organizational and time-management skills along with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good judgment and creative thinking skills
- Demonstrates creativity, flexibility and the ability to prioritize and problem-solve
- Ability to communicate appropriately under varying conditions (considers the environment, people present)
- Exercises discretion in private and sensitive matters
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must meet background check requirements.
