Duties include overseeing office practices for multiple contract locations along with general clerical and contract-based work. Office Manager maintains and submits employee payroll information, schedules staff and employee training as needed, organizes and maintains paper and electronic files, supply and equipment ordering, and inspection reporting. Project a professional company image through in-person and telephone interaction.Duties and Responsibilities: Demonstrate core values of Goodwill Industries by modeling Service, Ownership, Accountability and Respect (SOAR). Provides administrative support for contract operations. Oversee the ordering and usage of contract supplies and equipment. Maintains Over/Above Job Log and collects credit card payments when jobs are completed. Applies for, regulates, and maintains standards for CIMS certification. (Recertify every two years). Writes and updates written procedures for contract work as needed. Responsible for gathering and reporting the Source America quarterly ERS information (Employee Research System). Oversees the Sales Force database used for inspection reporting done by management staff. Provides new hire orientation for Ability One contract employees and Paycom overview. Payroll reporting using the Paycom system. Assists with the set up and coordination of materials for internal meetings/training sessions. Other duties as assigned.QualificationsSkills Needed: Administrative writing and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks. Professionalism and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and cooperatively with others. Minimum two years administrative experience. Sensitivity to the needs of persons with disabilities. High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information. Ability to meet or exceed deadlines
