To qualify for consideration, you must be an individual with a documented disability. Under the direct supervision of the Project Manager, performs a variety of duties associated with maintaining a warehouse. Duties
  • Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
  • Process inbound, outbound, stocking, picking, packing and miscellaneous warehouse functions.
  • Ability to follow directions and work as a team.
  • Ability to use forklifts, reach truck, order pickers, hand trucks and electric pallet jacks.
  • Load and unload products from trailers using forklift trucks and other material handling equipment.
  • Deliver products to various units in a safe and timely manner.
  • Conduct physical inventories as needed.
  • Have efficient mobility to turn from side to side and be able to bend, stoop and reach.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds.
  • Works in a manner that supports the cleanliness of the warehouse.
  • Spot-checking and clearing the warehouse of any debris and safety hazards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

  • Ability to follow rules and regulations as outlined in the Goodwill Personnel Policies manual.
  • Ability to perform job duties.
  • Ability to maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
  • Ability to load and unload supplies and equipment.
  • Ability to follow safety measures in order to maintain safe conditions at all times.
  • Provides accurate and timely reports needed by team members or Leadership for management and planning in areas of responsibility.
  • Ability to perform all assignments as requested by the Warehouse Project Manager.
Requirements
  • A qualifying, documented disability
  • Must be able to pass a Federal Background Check.
  • Ability to communicate with customers and coworkers.
  • Ability to understand and follow oral instructions.
  • A willingness to learn on the job.
  • A desire to build work skills - previous work experience is not required.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to move, bend, stoop, reach, and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to turn from side to side.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
