Role: ABM Senior Director Work location: Chicago , Illinois Office location JOB DESCRIPTION The Americas Account Based Marketing & Industry Lead is responsible for developing and leading the ABM Strategy, Planning and Execution for Capgemini Americas, working alongside industry marketing colleagues as well as the Group Account Based Marketing Lead. ABM is one of our core strategic marketing imperatives, and this Americas ABM & Industry Leader will work closely with the Americas CMO to design our operating model and approach to building a scalable ABM program. Capgemini is undergoing an exciting transformation, and the marketing function is evolving as well - and therefore a successful candidate will need to be agile and flexible with how this role evolves as it grows inside the organization. Our Account Leaders / Client Partners sit at the cross-section of industry and sales, and as such, this lead will work closely with Account Leaders, Sales Leaders and Industry Leaders to help drive growth strategies and plans at the account level. Capgemini is a highly matrixed organization, so success will depend on this candidate's ability to work in a collaborative way, across peer groups, across business dimensions and across global/local lines. The goal is to expand our business and loyalty at our most important clients and to do this at scale. At Capgemini we pay special attention to our largest, most critical accounts - we call it the PACE program. Our goal for the Americas is to grow more PACE accounts - a mission and program we are calling Path to Pace. Therefore, Industry Marketing capabilities will also be critical as there will be times where focused industry plays may evolve into ABM at Scale / Path to Pace programs - with lots of flexibility and room for this candidate to design the how. In addition to the Industry Marketing interlock, this role will also include designing an approach that also addresses Pursuit Based Marketing, as these capabilities are part of one continuum. In this role, you bring a bold and creative vision for the future of ABM across our marketing organization, working in lock step with the Global ABM Leader and will redefine and up-level the ABM function. Your approach defines a journey for our priority client accounts that enables stronger connections and client intimacy. You bring a best-in-class perspective on ABM that is the catalyst for a new era for the ABM function at Capgemini - one based on prevailing standard processes and a strong mandate to industrialize the operation of ABM around the company, including the integration of technology and tools that benefit the team and its partners. This role is suited for someone who is a constant innovator, focused on how Capgemini can uncover growth opportunities at our top accounts using the latest account-based marketing practices, campaign strategies, technology and tools. Developing meaningful relationships with client account teams and an obsession for creating positive customer experiences for Capgemini's clients are key success factors for this role. This role will be responsible to initially lead by influence but will help design a scalable execution model that requires building up a team. They nurtures and elevates the skills of a versatile team of Account Based Marketers who interface directly with Capgemini Account teams and clients - either by influence or direct reporting lines. In keeping with the mission to enable growth, you also unlock opportunities to upskill the ABM team's capabilities and improve for a consistent approach to ABM across the Americas.
