Job DescriptionAssisting the office of Academic Life in various projects and tasks to gain an overall knowledge of higher education administration. Confidentiality is a crucial function of this position.Responsibilities
- Filing and/ororganizing materials
- Photocopying/sorting/collating materials
- Basic typing and data entry
- Greet individuals as they enter office and/or answer phones
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Typing/keyboard skills and the ability to use standard office equipment
- Demonstrated computer proficiency with diverse programs, including MS Office Suite, Internet, and email software
- Good interpersonal skills
- Reliable
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Possess effective organizational skills
- Ability to maintain a neat, professional appearance
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Knowledge of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation
