QualificationsWe're looking for candidates who:
- Have a strong passion for education and helping students succeed.
- Hold a degree in the subject area(s) they wish to tutor (e.g. Math, Science, English, etc.).
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Are patient, empathetic, and adaptable.
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience is a plus but not required.
