Northwestern Counseling & Support Services (NCSS) is seeking a dedicated Access Team Leader to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive mental health services to our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to agency policies and procedures. Train staff, troubleshoot issues, and monitor productivity in the electronic health record system.
  • Participate in the hiring process, ensure comprehensive orientation, and provide ongoing training and support to all staff and contracted providers.
  • Supervise team members, conduct performance reviews, and manage daily operations, including scheduling and time management.
  • Ensure high standards in service delivery, monitor team productivity, and develop and administer the team budget.
  • Recommend and implement service delivery improvements, ensure continuity of care, and coordinate communication within the team.
  • Participate in committees, adhere to ethical standards, and comply with state credentialing requirements.
  • Maintain clinical hours, work flexible hours to maximize service accessibility, and manage clinical and administrative records.
  • Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health, or related field. Licensure (LICSW or LCMHC) or licensure eligibility is required.
  • Proven supervisory experience in healthcare or mental health settings.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
