Auto Accessories & More is growing a seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Accessories Sales Associate. This person will help customers achieve their automotive goals and make their accessories vision come to fruition, from selecting and ordering parts to scheduling installation with our experienced technicians. ResponsibilitiesAssist customers in selecting vehicle accessories by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. Build relationships & create customers for life. Be the vehicle accessories expert. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings, optional packages and latest technology.Follow-up with customers to ensure referral and repeat business.Effectively track performance and meet individual and department sales objectives.QualificationsStrong customer service, communication skills, and basic math skillsPrevious experience in sales, preferably in the retail and/or automotive industriesValid driver's license and clean driving recordWilling to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background checkAbout ArrowArrow Ford is locally owned and operated in Abilene, Texas, since 1964.
