The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales.
Duties- Provide leadership and guidance to team members- Improve manufacturing functions by assisting the departmental supervisor in running daily production operations; troubleshoot machines; assist supervisor or other team leaders with quality continuous improvement activities; meet or exceed daily production targets; use SPC techniques; create standard operating procedures (SOP), troubleshooting guides, etc.; perform departmental tests as needed or directed by the departmental supervisor and/or manager. Maintain safety by wearing proper PPE, identifying and reporting potential safety hazards, maintaining the work area using the principles of 5S, and taking appropriate action during unusual occurrences or emergencies. Direct staff by creating production operation schedules as directed by the department supervisor; communicate staff production assignments and train staff on manufacturing techniques. Maintain documentation by completing all necessary documentation in a clear and timely manner. Manage time and resources.
Requirements- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents, forms, and instructions in English.- Customer service experience: 1 year (Preferred).
