Job Description:

Under the Supervision of the Accommodation Specialist the Lead Accommodated Testing staff facilitates testing accommodations for students with disabilities and assists with providing testing accommodations for students.

Accommodated Testing Lead's are responsible for oversight of accommodated testing: schedule student exams, keep testing calendar updated, schedule exams in student database system, ensure testing procedures are followed. Coordinates with faculty to ensure that exams and all materials related to a student's exam are verified in time for their scheduled exams. Answers questions regarding accommodated testing, checks emails and phone calls regularly. Troubleshoots and resolves testing issues, reaches out to both students and faculty to facilitate accommodated testing. Help to proctor and monitor exams, and performing other related duties specific to Accommodate Testing and Disability Services. Read and or scribe student's exams as needed. Ensures that other testing staff are trained on all testing procedures and protocols. Coordinates and communicates with the Accommodations Specialist regarding any issues with testing.

This is a pooled position. Applicants are selceted from the pool as positions become available. After a period of time the pool will expire and applicants will be notified.

Required Qualifications

Microsoft Office Suite Proficient

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Strong organization and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Work Study eligible preferred.
