Job Description Position Overview The Credit and Public Equity's Client Engagement team plays a crucial role in driving the growth of Third Bridge by managing and enhancing our existing client accounts. The Account Associate or Senior Account Associate works in tandem with the Account Manager, focusing on day-to-day engagement with end users while ensuring full alignment with the overall account strategy. They are responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of user satisfaction, and facilitating the effective use of our products and services. Although they do not handle contract negotiations, Account Associates are key to maintaining and expanding client relationships. You will support the Account Manager by diligently managing daily client interactions, addressing user needs, and ensuring seamless service delivery. Account Associates are integral in maintaining account plans, identifying opportunities for increased client engagement, and implementing action items to meet strategic goals within set timeframes. As an Account Associate, you will focus on delivering excellent service to a defined set of accounts, including key and strategically important clients. You will ensure that users are fully aware of our value proposition, nurture relationships with champion users, and help maximize the value of our offering across the client's research process. Account Associates are essential to our business, spending a significant amount of time engaging with existing users, and ensuring that our solutions effectively meet client needs. Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Account Manager to align engagement efforts to maximize revenue and work to achieve renewal objectives.
  • Identify approaches that address the client's challenges by leveraging qualitative and quantitative problem-solving methodologies that serve to continuously improve client experience and client retention.
  • Identify areas of opportunity and work closely with all parties to expand the client relationship - working closely with our Connections team will be key in this.
  • Conduct regular retention and risk analysis of client book of business that provides insights into performance and key client engagement metrics.
  • Identify root causes of client issues and suggest the best possible solutions to ensure issues can be eliminated.
  • Be the voice of the client, and organize, analyze, and share market feedback with the product and marketing organizations to assist in future roadmap features and product development.
  • Build, develop, and manage relationships with client users and key stakeholders within your region, ensuring they are successful in the utilization of their Third Bridge subscription; resulting in client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Introduce TB services and capabilities to new client users to ensure fast adoption and product stickiness from the outset of a client's Third bridge relationship.
  • Consistently communicate and demonstrate value to end users, key stakeholders, and decision-makers across and in accordance with the client lifecycle.
  • Advocate internally for your clients, particularly for feature improvements that meaningfully solve for repeat use cases.

  • Proven experience building excellent client relationships, fostering value propositions and cultivating long-term partnerships
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of professional Sales/ Account Management experience or equivalent client-facing experience.
  • Previous exposure to management of a sales/renewal cycle, negotiation of renewals/sales, and knowledge of cross-sale processes is highly desirable.
