  • Client Support: Assist account managers in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring communication is clear and effective.
  • Project Coordination: Help coordinate advertising projects, including timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support account strategies and client presentations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on project progress and performance metrics to account managers and clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with creative, media, and production teams to facilitate the development and execution of campaigns.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, and organizing project documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior internship or experience in advertising, marketing, or client services
  • 1+ years of professional work experience in advertising, marketing, or client services
