We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Coordinator (Data Entry Specialist) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately enter and update data into our database and management systems.
* Verify and correct data discrepancies and errors.
* Maintain data confidentiality and security.
* Assist with data organization and reporting as needed.
* Collaborate with team members to streamline data processes.
* Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
* Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Excellent communication skills.
