Job Description:
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMPRIMARY PURPOSE: Serve as support for both the Sales Team, and Operations Team, on all online consignments. Responsible for maintaining and dispersing all necessary documentation pertaining to consignor accounts. Responsible for taking the necessary actions to prepare all consigned units for sale and handle any issues that may arise during the course of the consignment.Why Housby?Housby offers a flexible environment, competitive benefits, and a culture that promotes growth, along with celebrating success.   • Prepare consignor contracts and Schedule A's according to the direction of the Sales Manager and coordinate proper execution.
  • Assist the Sales Team with communication to consignors regarding the consignment/sales process and timelines.
  • Maintain all relevant consignor documentation and monitor for expiration dates.
  • Submit organized and complete consignment data to the Operations Team in a timely manner. Immediately communicate any changes to consignment information.
  • Coordinate all actions necessary to prepare consignments for sale by predetermined deadlines.
  • Work with Housby's third party-party inspection agency when pictures/specs cannot be completed by holding facilities or Housby staff.
  • Serve as lead in troubleshooting any issues that arise from the consignment of a unit to pick-up of the unit by the buyer post-sale.
  • Comprehensive updates to the Sales Team periodically regarding consignment processing, and account issues.
  • Provide updates to consignors when requested.
  • Export and organize sales results according to the contract/Schedule A terms for each individual consignor. Relay results to consignor, as well as the Sales Team.
  • Follow up with holding facilities to ensure prompt pick-up of units post-sale. Communicate with buyers regarding late pick-up if necessary.
  • Seek out additional holding facilities/service providers when necessary to help grow Housby's coverage area.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with all Housby affiliated holding facilities/service providers.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with all Housby team members.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Proven account coordinator or other relevant experience highly preferred.
  • Proficient with Excel spreadsheets and Salesforce.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Meet deadlines and be self-motivated.
  • Must follow and have Housby's Core Values.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Oral communication over the phone and in person.
  • Ability to view computer monitor.
  • Sitting and standing for long periods of time.
  • Alpha/numeric keyboarding.
EDUCATION:
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in a business-related field is highly preferred.
