Job Title: Account Coordinator

Department: Customer Experience

Reports to: Director, Retail/EDI Customer Experience

Location: St. Louis, Missouri- Corporate Headquarters

Supervises: None

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Hybrid Work Schedule- 3 days in office, 2 days from home

General Overview: The Account Coordinator provides administrative and logistical support to the Amazon account and Sales team. Duties will include order processing/entry for the Amazon and Amazon.com accounts, as well as other retail accounts as needed. Generate reports on sales targets, activity, and other related metrics. Coordinate customer meetings and events.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

* Order Analysis: Performs analysis related to orders; future availability, shipment tracking, fill rates, and ship vs. forecast.

* Logistic Coordination: Coordinates the areas of item set-up; UPC confirmation; Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) and shipping requirements, and purchase order tracking.

* Coordinates logistical information with internal personnel in sales management, marketing, inventory planning and customer service.

* Chargebacks & Credits: Works with compliance team to resolve any chargebacks and credit situations.

* Account item Set-up: Sets up items in customers system. Coordinate all set up assets - UPC, dimensions, images, etc.

* EDI Processing: Reviews incoming and existing orders daily for EDI transmission issues, inventory availability, request dates and distribution coordination (picking tickets, ship to set-up, etc.).

* EDI Set-up: Works with accounts to cross reference account information with internal information on items, ship-to locations, pricing, and request dates.

* Order Processing: Answers incoming calls from account regarding product, orders, pricing, returns, etc.

* Account Performance: Regularly reports out on customer's metrics such as on time delivery, in stock and fill rates.

* Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

* Degree in Business, or a related field preferred; or comparable work experience

* 2-3 years' experience working with Replenishment, Fulfillment, POS and Supply Chain preferred

* Retail Math with Sell Thru, inventory management, gross margin, and SKU Productivity preferred

* Excellent communications skills and ability to work with a diverse population

* Strong interpersonal skills

* Ability to manage client relationships

* Presentation development skills

* Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

* High level of professionalism and positive people-interface skills

* Excellent math skills

* Ability to travel as required by account needs

* Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
