Crowley Webb is looking for a full-time account coordinator to respond appropriately to a variety of client requests, knowing that impeccable customer service is a must. In this entry-level position, you will work with our account service team to manage agency projects on behalf of our clients. - Prepare account service-related documents, such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, timelines, and other client communications and correspondence
- Communicate with clients on an as-needed basis in a professional, efficient manner
- Attend to the needs of the account service team
- Process internal job open forms, job change forms, and other information requests
- Follow up and maintain current work in progress across various agency departments
- Participate in client meetings and conference calls
- Research and develop an understanding of agency clients and their industries
- Seek ways to add value to the client-agency relationship
- Verify production specs
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or marketing, or comparable work experience in a relevant field
- One year of work experience within an agency setting or completion of a relevant internship preferred
- Knowledge of (or willingness to learn about) data protection (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR) and maintaining confidentiality
- Proficiency with computer software such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Drive
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a collaborative environment
- Ability to prioritize workload and effectively manage timelines and deadlines
