Account Coordinator

We're looking for an Account Coordinator who is ready to jump right in and support the team. This entry-level position is a great entry point into the process and culture of Orci. Ideal for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about building relationships while learning the fundamentals of account management in a fast-paced environment.

The Account Coordinator supports the account executive and account team members in the day-to-day client business management. The Account Coordinator is exposed to other aspects of the Agency such as strategic planning, creative development, and production. Maintaining Client Relationships & Campaigns

Be able to support other members of the Account Service Team

Building relationships with agency partners and comprehending their needs and expectations.

Ex: Responding to client emails in a timely manner

Know when traffic dates are coming up.

Issue traffic instructions and creative assets in a timely manner.

Raise concerns when timing becomes an issue on delivery of assets.

Campaign and Task Management:

Overseeing projects within campaigns to ensure smooth operations.

Keeping the account team and the agency informed about campaign updates.

Distributing recap meetings via Teams Channel to internal teams and outlining the next steps for clients.

Creating job numbers on Aqua.

Quality Assurance:

Thoroughly QC of client work and reviewing all campaign assets before sending them to clients and partner agencies.

Collaboration with Agencies and Partners:

Collaborating closely with creative, project management, production, and accounting teams to align on campaign strategies and executions.

Examples of responsibilities:

Scheduling campaign kick-off meetings.

Completing ad-id sheets

Sending ASFs and approved deliverables to Innovid and Ansira for upload

Completing trafficking sheets and shopping out spots

Estimate Tracking:

Reviewing estimates before sending them to clients to sign-off and before projects get started.

Staying Informed about Industry Trends:

Sharing valuable insights and new opportunities

Following client's social pages and being informed about their competitors.

Provide suggestions as to what is trending.

College graduate with a marketing or communication background or equivalent experience.
