Our client is a leading advertising agency, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Director to join their team. This position will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and overseeing the successful execution of marketing campaigns for a pharmaceutical brand. Experience with pharma clients is necessary. Start Date: ASAP Duration: until end of year (potential for full-time) Location: NYC hybrid Rate: $50-65/hr Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring excellent communication and building strong relationships - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, strategy, and production to develop effective marketing strategies - Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels - Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations for optimization - Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members (Account Supervisors) - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in account management Requirements: - Proven experience as an Account Director or similar role within an advertising agency or related industry - Strong knowledge of launch campaigns and TV production processes is preferred - Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas to clients - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail - Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment If you have relavant experience please apply.
