You'll be responsible for providing leadership in account management, including day-to-day account activities and strategic guidance to clients. You must have a solid understanding of all things digital. And, we'll require you to work with other agency account leaders to facilitate optimal client service and a quality experience. What it takes:
- Ability to think strategically, creatively and collaboratively
- Excellent understanding of the digital marketplace and ad formats
- Effective presentation, mentorship and client-facing skills
- Ability to effectively lead and collaborate with multiple team members
- Partners with clients, internal partners and vendors to build brands
- Delivers strategic client presentations, recommendations and annual brand plans
- Takes ownership of the financials health of accounts
- Supports new business initiatives and pitches
- Develops new ideas that align with customer and brand goals
- Communicates broad understanding of client's industry, business, customers and needs to inform strategic and tactical planning
- Management and mentorship of junior team members - coaching, training and identifying areas for growth and providing feedback on an ongoing basis
Know-how:
- Agency experience (8 to 10 years) in a pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing agency
- Active client service management, working directly with clients and executing projects
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Media, analytics and measurement experience
- Requires travel
