Job Summary:
As an Account Director with Trucordia, you will be joining a small, hardworking team of insurance professionals. As an Account Director, you will have diverse responsibilities servicing commercial accounts. You will work with the Producers and Senior Account Directors on all aspects of account management and play a crucial role in communicating with clients and carriers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Partner with producers to secure and bind new business and renewals.
* Process surplus line documentation.
* Process endorsements of policies, certificates of insurance, evidence of insurance and invoices
* Respond to and assist clients promptly, patiently, and skillfully.
* Communicate with carriers and wholesalers on behalf of clients.
Qualifications:
* Knowledge of Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance, real estate and/or non-profit experience a plus
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team, sense of humor a plus.
* Technical proficiency with client management systems, AMS360 a plus
* Knowledge of Claims Process a plus
* Knowledge of Personal Lines a plus
* P&C License or willingness to obtain one
