What We NeedWe're looking for a strong seller eager to drive new revenue, specifically with deep experience working with either Publicis or WPP/GroupM/Dentsu/Havas agencies on the East Coast. The ideal candidate is a hunter, ready to close business through strategic and consultative approaches focused on marketer outcomes, while capturing the majority share of wallet.What You Can Expect In This Role
- Drive revenue by acquiring, building, and cultivating relationships across Publicis or WPP/GroupM/Dentsu/Havas agencies and the brands they represent
- Work collaboratively with agency peers within Yieldmo, gaining a deep understanding of the unique goals, needs, and structures of Publicis or WPP/GroupM/Dentsu/Havas
- Work closely with Account Management, Ad Operations, and Sales Planning to ensure client campaign expectations are communicated and met
- Build and manage a pipeline to achieve new business revenue goals, focusing on key Publicis or WPP/GroupM/Dentsu/Havas
- Provide continual training and product updates to clients as new features are added, positioning Yieldmo's creative-first and premium supply solutions
- Represent Yieldmo at industry events and meet with clients in person to foster and strengthen relationships
- Leverage your existing network within Publicis or WPP/GroupM/Dentsu/Havas to drive product adoption and showcase Yieldmo's unique value
- Identify and close strategic upselling opportunities by understanding core client business needs within these agencies
Requirements
- At least 3+ years experience in programmatic and digital advertising
- At least one year of sales or new business development experience
- BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Established relationships with contacts at top-tier agencies within Publicis or WPP/GroupM/Dentsu/Havas
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the following Exchange Mechanics via a SSP, Ad servers, and/or DSPs
- Team-oriented, with the ability to build relationships and rapport within and across teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel for in-person meetings with clients and industry events.

US Jobs: The base salary range for this role is: $100,00-125,000 per year. The range listed is just one component of Yieldmo's total compensation package for employees. Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience, level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
